Timetable 2013
Duration of classes are:
1hr. 15 min. for Beginner classes and Intro to Level 1 class (Sat)
1hr. 30min. for Level 1 and General classes
1hr. 30 min. - 1hr 45 min for level 2 classes
New students please arrive 10min. earlier than class schedule to allow time for a health questionnaire and introduction

Preparing for class:
- Allow 2 hours after eating a meal before attending class to prevent discomfort. (a juice or piece of fruit may be eaten ½ hour before)
- Please do not wear perfume or scents.
- As you practice in bare feet please have clean feet.
- Wear non-restrictive clothing.
- Please bring a towel.
- Accept your body and its limitations and be prepared to do the best that you can at each class.
- All yoga mats and equipment are supplied.
