Yoga Workshops generally run for 3-4 hours. This allows the time and opportunity to explore asanas in more detail and become familiar with their health benefits. Yoga workshops are designed so you gain a better understanding of how the asanas work and a unique opportunity to look at the functional anatomy and physiology in Yoga. The anatomy and physiology is presented by Sophie Kleikamp, physiotherapist.
