Private classes are suitable for existing students who have an ongoing health issue, a problem with a specific part of the body or are looking to improve overall practice or particular posture.

Also suitable for new students looking for an alternative approach to their condition.

One on one Consultation

The aim is to structure and tailor a sequence to individual needs and limitations. Through a one on one consultation 30 minutes or 1 hour, a program will be devised for your specific health issue or intent of practice.

Group class

You may also book a group class, no more than 3, to work on a specific area of the body, to improve a pose or just for a general practice.
