Yoga Workshops

Yoga Workshops

At a Yoga Workshop, things are slowed down, giving you time to look at selected asanas in more detail; it’s a time for you to explore and ‘play‘ with poses.

This type of teaching compliments the classes, giving students clarity and important feedback from the observations and repetitions that are practiced.
