Yoga Workshops explore asanas in more detail and generally run for 3-4 hours. This allows the time and opportunity to become familiar not only with the details of the pose but also learning their health benefits.
Yoga workshops are designed so you gain a better understanding of how the asanas work and a unique opportunity to look at the functional anatomy and physiology in Yoga. The anatomy and physiology is presented by a physiotherapist.

A theme forms the basis of each workshop. Join us in a unique opportunity to learn about different parts of your body.
The curves of the spine looks at the bones and joints and their function when you practice.
The shoulder girdle and upper arms looks at which muscles assist elemental movement.
Ease of movements in the hips and pelvis is the key to balance and flexibility. Find the muscles that are holding you back.
Every pose begins at the feet. The weight of the body needs to be evenly distributed on both feet to maintain and correct your posture.
