Yoga Workshops allow more time to explore asanas in further detail.
One day workshops offer a 3 hours asana session in the morning and a 1.5 hour session in the afternoon.
Weekend Workshops (Saturday and Sunday) 3 hours asana sessions in the mornings and 1.5 hour in the afternoon for Inversions and/or Restorative session.
Yoga workshops are designed so you gain a better understanding of how the asanas work and a unique opportunity to look at the functional anatomy and physiology in Yoga.

3.30pm – 4.30pm Restorative/Pranayama
Every pose begins at the feet. The weight of the body needs to be evenly distributed on both feet to maintain and correct your posture. The legs carry us through life; they need to be strong and they need to be able to bend and to straighten. They form the basis of all other asanas.
